True to family beliefs it was important for Stefane to be bilingual and be involved in his community. He spent many years in sports, whether playing hockey, soccer, badminton or refereeing hockey. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saint Boniface majoring in Political Science. Stefane worked in the retail field for many years attending to client needs and client service. He found his strength in helping people obtain their goals. Not hard to imagine that he would join his parents Renel and Cecile in the family business in 2003 as a financial security advisor.
Stefane is an action person; he helps clients dream and work towards their goals. Stefane is proud to have been mentored by his parents and proud to be able to continue the family business, The Berard Financial Group. Together they bring over 50 years experience in the financial field. His dedication and desire to meet client needs is what drives him. He gives credit and values the team for being able to serve the best interest of clients who work with BFG. He believes he is surrounded with quality team members that exude his core values. Balance in life is also important. He is involved with various organizations within his community. He enjoys boating, camping, snowmobiling, yoga and staying in shape. He is married to Mandy and has three beautiful boys and always finds the time to spend with them.
